Welcome to Lullio, operated by Lullio Studio LLC ("Lullio", "we", "us", or "our"). By ordering a story pack or accessing our website, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Digital Product Delivery

Lullio products are digital download packs comprising high-quality MP3 audio files and printable PDF storybooks.

All standard orders (Single Story and 7-Night Packs) are processed, reviewed, and delivered straight to the parent's email address within 24 hours of purchase confirmation.

2. Personal & Family Use Licence

When you purchase a story pack, Lullio grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download, store, and play the audio files and print the PDF books for your personal, non-commercial family use.

You may not resell, distribute, broadcast, podcast, license, or commercially exploit any Lullio audio or text files without explicit written consent.

3. AI Generation & Human Review

Lullio utilizes artificial intelligence tools to draft personalized story concepts tailored to your child's preferences. Every story draft is subsequently subjected to human editorial review prior to final audio synthesis.

We take every reasonable measure to ensure stories are calm, gentle, age-appropriate, and free of scary or inappropriate themes.

4. 14-Day Happiness Guarantee & Refunds

We stand behind the quality of our bedtime stories. We offer a 14-day happiness guarantee on all single stories and story packs.

If your child does not enjoy their bedtime audio story, simply email us at hello@lullio.top within 14 days of receipt, and we will issue a full 100% refund.

5. Moonlight Club Subscriptions

Moonlight Club is a recurring subscription billed monthly at $9 per month, delivering 4 new personalized stories every month.

You may cancel your subscription at any time without fee or penalty. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

6. Acceptable Use

Parents agree to submit accurate information and refrain from submitting offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate character names, prompt details, or custom notes. We reserve the right to refuse orders that violate our content standards.

7. Limitation of Liability

Lullio products are intended for entertainment and routine support only and do not replace professional medical or behavioral sleep advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lullio Studio LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, USA. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Boulder County, Colorado.
