Are my child's details safe and private? +
Yes. We take child privacy extremely seriously. Your child’s name and favorite details are strictly used to craft your story pack. We never sell, share, or publish any personal information to third parties.
How is AI used, and who reviews the stories? +
We use generative AI to draft rich, personalized storylines based on your inputs. Every single story is then reviewed by human story editors to verify gentle pacing, age-appropriate language, and zero scary themes before narrating.
When will I receive my story pack? +
Your custom audio MP3 files and illustrated PDF storybook are crafted, reviewed, and delivered straight to your email within 24 hours of ordering.
What if my child doesn't love the stories? +
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If your child doesn’t look forward to bedtime with Lullio, simply email us at hello@lullio.top and we will refund your purchase in full — no questions asked.
What ages are Lullio stories best for? +
Lullio stories are specifically designed for children aged 3 to 9. Vocabulary, story length (8–12 minutes), and calming soundscapes are carefully tuned for young bedtime listeners.
What languages are available? +
Currently, all Lullio audio stories are narrated in warm, soothing English. Multi-language narration in Spanish, French, and German is currently in development!

Can I order Lullio as a gift for another family? +
Yes! Lullio story packs make wonderful, personal gifts for nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and friends. Simply enter the child’s details in the order form and provide your recipient’s email (or your own if you prefer to deliver the files yourself).
What if I made a typo or want to update details after ordering? +
If you catch a typo in your child’s name or wish to tweak an animal or theme, email us immediately at hello@lullio.top within 4 hours of ordering. We will update the details before audio production begins.
What devices can play the Lullio MP3 audio files? +
Our audio stories are delivered as standard MP3 files. They play on any smartphone (iOS or Android), tablet, computer, Yoto player (via Make Your Own cards), Toniebox, or Bluetooth bedside speaker.
How long do you retain our audio files and story text? +
We store your generated audio MP3s and PDF storybooks securely for 12 months so you can re-download them whenever needed. After 12 months, story text and details are automatically deleted, or you can request immediate deletion at any time by contacting hello@lullio.top.
Can siblings share a single story or be co-heroes? +
Absolutely! You can mention siblings in the “Anything else we should know?” field on the order form. We can craft a story starring two siblings embarking on a bedtime adventure together.
How do I cancel my Moonlight Club subscription? +
You can cancel your Moonlight Club subscription anytime with one click in your account email receipt or by sending a short note to hello@lullio.top. There are no cancellation fees or lock-in periods.
