At Lullio Studio LLC ("Lullio", "we", "us", or "our"), we believe children's privacy is sacred. We design our audio story products and website to give parents complete peace of mind.

1. Information We Collect

We strictly limit the data we collect to what is necessary to craft your custom bedtime audio story pack:

• Parent Information: Parent or guardian's full name and email address (for order delivery and customer support communications).
• Child Information: Child's FIRST NAME ONLY, age (select 3–9), favourite animal or character interest, and chosen values to grow (e.g., courage, kindness, patience).
• Custom Story Notes: Any optional notes you provide regarding themes or preferences.

We do not collect children's last names, photographs, residential addresses, school information, or precise location data.

2. How We Use Information

We use your information exclusively to:

• Generate, human-review, and narrate your personalized bedtime audio stories and PDF books.
• Deliver your MP3 audio files and PDFs straight to your parent email address.
• Respond to support inquiries, order updates, or refund requests.

3. Zero Advertising & No Selling Data

Children's personal details are used only to write and deliver the story. We never sell, rent, trade, or publish any personal information to third parties. We do not engage in targeted advertising, behavioral profiling, or marketing to children.

4. No Tracking Cookies

Lullio does not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking scripts, or invasive analytics pixels. Our site is designed to respect your browsing privacy and keep your visits completely confidential.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain order details, generated MP3 files, and PDF storybooks for 12 months so you can easily access and re-download your purchases. After 12 months, story files and personal details are automatically purged from our active storage.

Parents have the right to request deletion of their data at any time. Simply email hello@lullio.top and we will permanently delete all records within 48 hours.

6. Third-Party Service Providers

To operate our digital service, we work with trusted infrastructure providers bound by strict confidentiality:

• Email Provider: For sending digital download links to parent emails.
• Hosting & CDN: For serving secure web content and audio downloads.
• AI Text & Voice Synthesis Providers: Receive ONLY your child's first name and story prompt parameters solely to generate text and voice files. They do not store or use this data for AI model training.
